A delegation from the Tebian Electric Apparatus Co (TBEA) visited the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone (PCPZ) in Fujian province on Sept 10 to explore cooperation opportunities.

Pingtan boasts superior port conditions and has a wide reach. It will provide a full set of assistance to TBEA to settle in if the latter decides to invest here, said Li Dejin, director of the PCPZ’s administrative committee.

Pingtan has an ambitious vision, which is reflected in its overall development plan. With a series of favorable policies approved by provincial and central authorities, Pingtan creates an attractive investment climate to TBEA, according to Wu Wei, vice general manager of the company.

TBEA is a national-level high-tech enterprise based in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is mainly engaged in the manufacture of major equipment such as transformers, cables, aluminum foil materials and core control components of solar products.
