A platform offering financing services for enterprises in Fujian province was set up in Fuzhou city on Aug 4.

Named Haixi Money Pool, the platform aims to facilitate financing for Fujian’s small and medium-sized enterprises, which has been a headache for many of them. It is set up by multiple Fujian financial institutions and is operated by Haiziku Assets Management Co.

The platform will benefit the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, which witnessed robust economic development this year, as more than 3,000 entities (enterprises and small individual businesses), 105 of which are operated by Taiwan citizens, were established in the first six months.
